In order to document utilization to federal funding agencies, we are requiring participants to register.  In addition, in order to receive continuing education credits, we need the following information plus completion of all modules, pre/post tests, and evaluations.  If you have concerns about providing this information, please call (800) 382-4234 ext. 235.
