The purpose of this HRSA Healthy Tomorrows' Project -"Starting Points for Idaho Youth" is to reach and enroll income-eligible uninsured youth into the state children's health insurance program. Our outreach efforts engage youth leaders, schools and local resources in this community effort in Cassia, Boise, Minidoka, Twin Falls and Blaine counties.
