Strategic Planning for Hospitals
The purpose of this program is to provide easy-to-use, practical tools to help hospitals develop a strategic plan.  This program was designed for those unfamiliar with strategic planning, but others more experienced in strategic planning might also find some of these tools useful.   Feel free to use and adapt any of this information while adhering to copyright laws.


Conducting Hospital Employee Feedback Surveys
This program provides a brief background on why it’s important to know what your employees are thinking and feeling and how that affects quality of care in your facilities and to provide easy-to-use, practical tools to help hospitals implement a process to assess their employees perceptions and general satisfaction with their work environment.  This program was designed for those unfamiliar with employee surveys, but others more experienced in employee surveys might also find some of these tools useful.   Feel free to use and adapt any of this information while adhering to copyright laws.
