The Idaho Office of Consumer Affairs & Technical Assistance serves as a vehicle for building a statewide consumer network, providing peer support, and educational assistance to consumers and expanding the participation of consumers in all aspects of the public mental health system. The primary mission of the ICPC is to provide a community planning process to create effective programs to care for those living with HIV/AIDS and prevent HIV transmission in Idaho. We particularly need contacts in the rural/underserved communities of Idaho.
